Mental Health

Mental Health can be many things but when I break down my mental health I find myself coping in two ways. I meditate and be in the moment or I find a creative outlet, my outlets consist of painting, playing the piano, dancing but most of the time it usually trickles down to journaling. I have a bullet journal and use it for all of my lists and ideas. I have found some things more helpful than others and I wanted to share them with you. I hope any of this advice will help even one person reading this through things they may be working on whether that be a difficult time, a personal improvement or new adventure. Clearing your mental health is so important and everyone has room for mental health improvement or mental health knowledge. Now I understand this can be a bit messy my two biggest pages are Mental and Physical health and they are often entwined like a giant pile of spaghetti (Yummm 😛 ). I understand mental health depends on a healthy physical lifestyle and having a well balanced physical lifestyle depends on monitoring and caring for your mental state. So yes its a bit confusing and entangled but hopefully through this journey you and I can help each other out. I would love to hear new ideas or topic my readers would like me to explore and I am so excited to start this journey of mental health and physical health with you.
